Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Defective or Damaged Gear
If any of your items arrive damaged or non-functional, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund once the defect is verified.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items in our catalog (including personal care or sealed electronics) cannot be returned once the factory seal is broken or the item has been used.
Refund Process
